I’m a 40+ year old woman living in a man’s world. I struggle daily with self compassion, perfectionism and self confidence. I’m tired of the facade.  This is about my journey to be authentic and real, not hiding behind the mask of perfection.

I am growing through faith, art, family and friends daily. I am learning and evolving what I need to do to be the best me I can be.  I am blessed with an amazing husband, step-daughter, parents and in-laws and friends. This blog is about all of that.  It’s about the mess of growing.
